“ You can't go wrong here! Best Benedict, perfect poached eggs every time! Constant and always great service, looking for old school vibe? Here it is! ”
“ Good breakfast burrito but the aioli sauce is a big miss. It should be a choice between hot or mild salsa. ”
“ The best breakfast in Lafayette! Such great people and amazing food, you have to get the coffee cake and French toast. Wonderful spot, you will not be disappointed! :) ”
“ I have been going to Millie's time to time over the years. I had a chance to go for a Saturday morning breakfast and I took it! Millie's did not disappoint. Staff were friendly and food was yummy. We got the kids french toast and chocolate chip pancakes as well as the corned beef hash and a coffee. Everything was delicious. The corned beef is house made. Big chunks of meat and potatoes instead of the shredded beef and potatoes at mist places. They put a mustard sauce on it as well. Hearty and delicious. The kids portions were large and tasty. I love the homey atmosphere as well. ”
“ Let's start off with the service at this establishment. First off, you're greeted by Victor and shown to your table. There is occasionally a small wait but you're always seated quickly and shown to your table. The inside of the restaurant is a cute and homey feeling space that has fantastic ambiance and is a great place to spend a morning on a weekday or weekend. The coffee cake is an absolute must order and the eggs Benedict is also fantastic. The breakfast sandwiches are always great and the pancakes and French toast are as well. Great omelettes too. Everything is amazing and Victor and Aimee are the friendliest people you'll meet. I can't wait to be back again soon. Always always ALWAYS get coffee cake, you'll want to get another one right after. ”
“ I've had breakfast here a few times now and it's always delicious! friendly staff who have surprised us with the BEST coffee cake ever! also the chai lattes are amazing! super clean and cute little spot, great place ! ”
“ This place was a great find. I've driven past it numerous times and never stopped. Certainly small so difficult to get a table during brunch time but was certainly worth the wait. The food was delicious and the service was amazing. Will definitely be back. ”
“ I took my Granddaughter Hannah to Millie's American Kitchen and we had a great experience. She just turned 3 a few months ago, but she is old (and Jewish) enough to express her opinion. She gave it a big thumbs up and ate most of her pancakes and coffee cake. I finished what she couldn't eat and took most of my Chilaquiles (sp?) home. I ate it the next day and it was Delicious (capital D intended) Victor and Aimee (am I the only one who misses the simpler times when Aimee's were Amy ) were very friendly and helped my shy Granddaughter feel comfortable. Sitting on my lap also helped #MissBananah and me enjoy our brunch. I promised Hannah that we will go again ... soon. ”
“ I thought the food was pretty decent and I like that this place is a relatively low key brunch spot, at least compared to most brunch spots I've eaten at in the Bay Area. The wait wasn't long on a Saturday morning but parking is not fun at all. The parking lot is pretty tight too so you kinda need to get lucky if you don't want to park on the street or worse, that steep little hill next to the restaurant. I saw patrons absolutely struggle to get out of that area when they were leaving. If I ate here again, with the benefit of hindsight, I would make sure to tell my waiter that I want my eggs to be much runnier than they were today. The eggs on my benny were essentially hard boiled eggs which, while not a bad thing, are not my favorite. The potatoes also could've been cooked longer since I found them kind of hard. These faults didn't stop me from cleaning my plate though since I'm fat. The chocolate chip pancakes were my favorite thing to eat here and I'd probably order those again. ”
“ Food is good. Nothing exceptional. We had chilaquiles (not traditional but ok)?. Good kids menu and options. Very affordable. And mostly for locals. The wait staff is nice but forgetful Parking is limited and the owner or manager, the older tall man is not very nice. ”
